REVISION POLICY
The number of revisions included depends on the package you select. You are entitled to the number of revisions specified in your package details, and we will continue revising until you are fully satisfied with the design. No additional fees will apply unless the design concept changes. Revisions are typically completed within 48 hours.
Any changes requested after final approval of the logo design will be considered a new order and will incur additional charges.
REFUND POLICY
Refunds will not be granted under the following circumstances:
- You have chosen a special package.
- The primary design concept has been approved.
- Revisions have been requested.
- The cancellation is unrelated to the company.
- The company has not been contacted for more than two weeks.
- Our policies have been violated.
- Another company or designer has been hired for the same project.
- The creative brief lacks required information.
- A complete redesign has been requested.
- The refund request period has passed.
- The business is closing or undergoing a name change.
- Reasons like "change of mind" or "disagreement with partner" do not qualify for refunds.
If a service bundle was purchased and dissatisfaction arises with a specific service, the refund will only apply to that service—not the entire bundle. Refund requests must be made within 15 days of purchase. No refunds are provided for services like Social Media, SEO, Domain Registration, or Web Hosting.
For websites, refunds will not be provided once the design is approved and sent for development. A money-back guarantee only applies if the initial designs are entirely rejected by the client. If additional concepts or modifications are requested before a refund, Web Design Rangers reserves the right to deduct 33% of the total amount to cover service and processing fees.
Note: Web Design Rangers reserves the right to reject any project or cancel a contract at its discretion. After a refund, all rights to the designs revert to Web Design Rangers, and they become the company's property.

Upon receiving a refund, you forfeit all rights to any designs submitted by Web Design Rangers, and the designs will be legally registered with the Government Copyright Agencies.
